Term & Conditions


Product and Creation: 
  • All orders are 100% handmade with care and dedication. 
  • Note that our creations will not be 100% identical. But we assure that every creation will be made according to your preference to our best abilities. 
  • Colours of creation(s) may vary due to strong lighting at the time of photoshoot.
  • Colours of creation(s) may vary a little due to colour calibration settings on different computers.
Order and Payment:

 This is strickly a pre-order Bulk Purchase.

-Pre-Orders are currently available in Singapore Only. Do submit your orders at least one month in advance as each order takes a minimum of 5 days to 3 weeks to complete.

-1/2 of the selling price deposit is required once order is confirmed.

-Please transfer to POSB Savings Account 103-50713-8 and email us at qqtots@hotmail.sg with the Atm transaction receipts if by atm transfer or recipient name by IB and HP upon payment done.Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the artwork for verification within 2 working days.
Please note that upon confirmation of artwork, no changes is allowed. 

-We appreciate no cancellation after deposit have been made. Deposit are strictly non- refundable and will take it as admin fee charges.

-Please join only if you are comfortable with the price, waiting time and the rest T&C mention above.


Collection Mode
There are a few option for collection :

-By courier: About $10-$20 (min for 3pcs), we are offering free delivery for this BP with a minimum purchase of $200 and above to one location.

-Self collection can be arranged on weekdays lunch time (11am to 1pm) at the following MRT stations (Buona Vista, One North. Holland Village, Kent Ridge Control Station), weekdays night and Sundays at Bukit Batok and Bukit Gombak Control Station.

-Registered mail: Additional $2.25 on top of normal postage rates.
  • All orders will be delivered via SingPost local (SG) registered postage.
  • We will send you a final email to inform you that your order has been completed and is ready to be delivered. We will mention the date that we will be posting your order in the email. 
  • A tracking number will be send to you after we’ve posted your order. You can log on to www.singpost.com to track your parcel and delivery status.

Exchange and Refund Policy:
  • All items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable once order is made and/or delivered.
